Build and maintain a professional, independent website specifically for the property
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so that your property appears prominently in Google search results
Furnishing oversight and replacement recommendations as wear-and-tear begins and new furnishings are needed*
Paid marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Install and maintain Moisture Meters and Noise Aware hardware*
Weekly site visits, detailed report and photos emailed to owner

Al la cart add-ons

Install Noise Aware (decibel measuring hardware) to detect and prevent large parties and gatherings, protecting you from damage and upset neighbors. Costs vary by property size.
Install Moisture Sensors at any potential risk area (water heaters, under sinks, etc.). Costs vary by property size.
Professional, edited real estate photographs (20-40 images) to showcase your home in its best light. Starting at $250 depending on property size.
Renovation planning and project management. Costs are steeply discounted and project dependent.*
*Hard costs for actual repairs, furnishings, and renovations are still an owner expense.
