The space

Hole-in-One House offers the perfect retreat, located just steps away from the Riviera Golf Course and the picturesque Josephine Lake. The Riviera Restaurant and lakefront amenities are within easy reach, while several parks and the ferry to Steilacoom are just minutes away.

Step inside this sun-filled space to find a welcoming open-plan living area with vaulted, pine-paneled ceilings, sleek hardwood floors, and plenty of room to unwind with friends. Savor a quiet cup of coffee on the deck each morning as you soak up the tranquil surroundings. The chef in your group will relish the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The private dining room provides a perfect spot for meals, or you can dine alfresco on the deck while soaking in the natural beauty around you.

For your convenience, Hole-in-One house comes equipped with free WiFi and a washer/dryer. When it’s time to wind down after a day of exploration, relax in the central AC if the weather is warm and catch up on the latest movies on the large sectional. End your day back out on the deck, toasting to your good luck at discovering such a lovely and peaceful escape.

Guests have full access to the entire house and yard.

Parking is available for multiple vehicles in the driveway, ensuring convenience for your group.

Guest entry is facilitated through an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code for each guest’s stay, ensuring safety and security. A security camera is located on the side exterior of the house for added peace of mind.

The space

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Large Master Suite, Cal King is extremely comfortable. En Suite Master bathroom is sprawling with makeup vanity, jetted tub, and stand-up shower. Room to spare in the Master Bath and Large Walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): King-sized bed, shares bathroom with bunk room. Large two-door closet and nook for storage / luggage.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Bunk room with two bunk beds, for a total of four twin beds. This room is small but can fit up to four and has a large double-door closet.

Common area sleeping:

-Futon (Downstairs): a smaller person would fit
-Couch (Upstairs): Large sectional could sleep two adults
-Air mattresses: Two Full Sized Air Mattresses available in the Master Bedroom closet.

Downstairs:

In addition to the two bedrooms and bathroom mentioned above, there is a large laundry room that can serve as a second kitchen of sorts. There is an extra full-sized fridge, a microwave, as well as loads of countertop space if you need somewhere cool to spread out food that would otherwise get too hot if left outside.

Outside:

Upper Deck: Massive wrap-around deck has a Dining table for eight (8) + additional wicker Chairs and Loveseat for relaxing in the sunshine at the other end.

Lower Patio: Large shaded patio runs the full length of the house and has seating options for 10+ people. Dining table for six (6) and barstools (4). This area has three large fans to keep you extra cool when the sun is toasty! Gas BBQ grill provided with utensils.

Hot tub: Crystal clear and clean saltwater hot tub seats 4-6 adults.

Pool: This pool is massive and runs almost the entire width of the yard. Enjoy swimming all day long with a small shaded area in case you need to cool off from SoCal’s intense sunshine. ( Pool Heat is available for an additional charge)

Corn hole, Ping Pong, Darts, Boardgames – there are plenty of games and fun to be had in this awesome house!

Large Avocado, Orange, and Fig trees in the way back of the yard – feel free to eat any ripe fruit you find!

Shed holds pool toys and floaties – feel free to use anything you find in there, please just replace upon departure.
 

Guest access

The house is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. There is ample parking spaces on site with a long driveway running the length of the property.
 

Other things to note

– Hot Tub cover must stay on when not in use to retain heat. If it stays off or ajar, the hot tub will cool down and energy bills will be extremely high.

– We do not provide firewood for the outdoor fire pits.

– Indoor fireplace: we do not allow guests to use it for safety reasons.

-Pool heat incurs a daily heating fee. Please provide adequate notice if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s the perfect retreat for a family looking to play in the water and enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer!

The dock is off-limits for guest use, but you can easily access the water through the 20 feet of beach front.
 

The space

Lakefront Family-friendly property that will allow you all the best Washington has to offer!

Our home is a cozy, fully renovated, A-Frame Cabin on Pine Lake in the heart of Washington State.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms it’s the perfect retreat for a family looking to play in the water and enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Upstairs a peaceful Open-concept living room + eat-in Kitchen with giant windows overlooking the lake. The downstairs is with a fully equipped Family game room with nice speakers, for videogame and movie lovers. PS4, Wii, and Xbox One are available with games and plenty of remotes. The giant new TV has Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video (etc.) with tons of content for movie nights.

Three petite bedrooms upstairs on the main floor (full-size loft beds in one, one full-sized bed in the second + Master Bedroom with a Queen), and one more oversized bedroom downstairs (full-sized bunk beds). Five beds in four bedrooms.

The kitchen is completely renovated from top to bottom and is fully stocked, as we cook often so it is set up for baking/cooking full family-style meals. Enough flatware and dishes for a feast for 14+ people.

There are brand new Acacia hardwood floors throughout the entire home.

The backyard is really what gives this home all its glory. A newly stained large deck with BBQ grill and chairs overlooks a large 20-foot sand beach waterfront onto Pine Lake.

Pine Lake is electric trolling motors only, so no ski boats. Paddle Boards, Kayaks, and Floaties welcomed!

We have lots of floaties, water guns, goggles, and plan to buy more gear for the coming summer. Whatever is here is yours to enjoy!

Guest access

Only a three-minute walk from stunning Pine Lake Park with public swimming dock and a playground. There are many walking trails and outdoor activities nearby. A 10-minute drive reaches Issaquah (South) as well as Redmond (North) and all of their awesome bars and eateries. Woodinville Wine Country is also fairly close!

Distance from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
32 mins by car without traffic.

Our driveway has room for up to 4 cars.

You will have full access to the entire house – less the laundry room.

There are exterior security cameras on site at this property.

The space

There are four bedrooms downstairs (One King in the Master, and three Queens), and one more upstairs. Upstairs there is a full bath with a toilet, shower and sink (no tub). Downstairs there is the Master bathroom attached to that bedroom, and one more full bathroom for the other bedrooms to share. The laundry room is also downstairs as well.

Guest access

There are no shared spaces in this home, you will have full access to all amenities without disturbance from anyone. A smart door lock will let you in, and details will be provided at 10am the morning of check in.

Other things to note

One bedroom is on the top floor (entry floor) and all other bedrooms are on the second-floor downstairs. Just something to keep in mind if any of your group has mobility issues.
